Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is PACE?

PACE stands for Perspective, Alignment, Capacity, and Engagement. Successful corporations use expensive, 360-degree feedback tools to keep top executives thriving. PACE extends the power of these tools to you—for free! By surveying you and the people who know you best, PACE delivers a report that will help you find your stride on your path toward growth at home and in your workplace.

Q: How does it work?

In short, you’ll take a brief online survey and submit email addresses for people who are closest to you. Those people are prompted to take the same survey. When they do, you’ll receive a PACE report showing what you believe about yourself compared to what others believe about you. In addition, you’ll receive helpful next steps for finding greater alignment between your self-perception and reality. This will help you achieve greater capacity and engagement in your life both at home and in your workplace.

Q: So, it’s free. What’s the catch?

No catch! It’s just free. Plus, this PACE e-book is free, too.

Q: So, can I use PACE at my business, church, or organization for free, too?

Yup, it's still free!

Q: Who created PACE?
